The Mesothelioma Group
I’m part of the awareness advocate team at the Mesothelioma Group. We are a charitable organization supporting the VFW and American Legion. With over 30% of all mesothelioma patients being Veterans, a main part of our mission is to spread mesothelioma awareness to Veterans and their family members. The reason this cancer targets so many veterans is because of the extensive amount of asbestos used in past military equipment. Our goal at the Mesothelioma Group is to increase awareness, improving survival rates and life expectancy.

Medicare Part D
Medicare reimbursement for 2016, the company has 1 year look back, you must have January submitted before Jan 31st. Forms are available on forms page.
Remember the single most important thing, save your Medicare plan Explanation of Benefits (EOB) you receive each time you order prescriptions. Each prescription plan must send you an explanation with what you paid, what medicare paid and what the plan paid. This is how you will be reimbursed from UHC for deductibles and when you reach the gap. Please call if you need assistance.
